The role
Hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer bridging core product capabilities with real-world customer deployments.
On-site or virtual collaboration with customer engineering teams to rapidly prototype and ship integrations.
Develop production-grade backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or Scala, with Spring Boot expertise.
Experiment with Generative AI, agentic workflows, and LLM APIs to build compelling demos and automation tools.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide actionable feedback to product and architecture teams.
Operate with a hacker mindset, learning quickly and communicating clearly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
