The role
Formulate complex business problems in budget allocation and marketplace matching as multi-objective optimization challenges.
Design and implement scalable optimization algorithms that balance revenue, advertiser outcomes, and user satisfaction.
Integrate machine learning model predictions with optimization formulations for personalized decision-making.
Conduct A/B tests and monitor performance to validate optimization-driven features.
Translate complex model outputs into actionable metrics and KPIs for non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to influence product direction and improve user experience; communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
