Assistant Business Office Manager
Provide leadership and coaching to the business office team, ensuring efficient daily operations and goal alignment. Assist in staff scheduling, payroll, PTO, and resolve personnel issues under the Business Office Manager. Ensure education and training for all team members; foster trust, open communication, and collaborative culture. Oversee billing, collections, data entry, and coordination with management to maintain accurate demographics and clinical information. Analyze accounts receivable, guide the team to maximize collections and minimize denials and bad debt. Coordinate resources, report progress to leadership, and drive process improvements and special projects.
