The role
Lead revenue growth, profitability, and staff performance within the Northeast civil engineering market.
Prepare proposals and contracts for civil engineering projects, while overseeing select projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships, attend hearings and planning meetings, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Oversee group operations, monitor revenue projections and monthly financial reports to ensure financial targets and deadlines are met.
Mentor, train, and supervise team members and oversee recruiting and hiring to build a high-performing practice.
Requires 10+ years of land development experience, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
