The role
The Administrative Director, Hospital Campus, is a senior executive responsible for operational excellence, strategic alignment, and academic integration across the campus network.
This role provides high-level oversight of key clinical support departments and serves as the primary liaison with affiliated medical schools and research partners.
It drives system-wide performance, fosters innovation, and cultivates partnerships to advance mission-driven care, education, and population health initiatives.
The position requires strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, and expertise in academic medicine and public health systems.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, change management, governance, financial stewardship, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The role offers flexible work arrangements with telecommuting options and travel as needed.
