The role
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow the industrial segment in the United States, focusing on temperature transmitters, thermocouples, and RTDs.
Increase share of wallet with existing industrial accounts and introduce a diverse portfolio to new customers across varied sectors.
Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities, manage bids and proposals, and negotiate terms to close profitable contracts.
Build and maintain robust account plans, nurture relationships with End-User, Service Provider, and OEM contacts, and leverage data to inform decisions via CRM.
Represent the organization at industry events, coordinate trade shows, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
Travel 50-75% to customer locations across the US with limited travel to Canada.
