Microsoft 365 Support Engineer
Based in the Digital Workplace team, provide second and third-line technical support for Microsoft 365 and related collaboration services to ensure reliability and security. Manage and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, including the adoption of M365 Copilot and other AI tools to improve productivity. Create, maintain, and share technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; contribute to knowledge transfer to first-line teams to improve resilience. Support selected legacy systems during transition periods and assist projects to modernize, decommission, or migrate these systems into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API to improve efficiency and reliability. Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience and security.
