The role
Salary range: $125k-$140k; lead and manage HR operations across the organization.
Ensure policies, procedures, and programs align with legal requirements.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and retention initiatives to support strategic growth.
Assess workforce planning needs and monitor staffing levels to optimize resources.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Collaborate with leadership on benefits, compensation, reporting, and HR-related financial analysis, and support the integration of new attorneys and staff.
