The role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, covering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Use Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create, manage, and refine estimates with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather information, assess risks, and secure competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs across the lifecycle, ensure budget adherence, review contracts and specifications, and assist with bidding and bid documentation.
Stay informed on industry pricing trends, new materials, and methods to continuously improve estimating accuracy.
This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to drive quality outcomes.
