The role
Provide comprehensive corporate law guidance in a fully remote capacity, supporting business units across the organization.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, service, partnership, and licensing agreements.
Advise on governance matters, board resolutions, shareholder issues, and adherence to applicable corporate law.
Assess and mitigate legal risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, including data privacy frameworks (GDPR and CCPA).
Support M&A activities and other corporate transactions, coordinating with external counsel when needed.
Develop policies and IP protection strategies, and act as a trusted adviser to senior management and teams.
