The role
Oversee and monitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, including risk assessments and audits.
Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant laws and regulatory changes, keeping operations compliant.
Collaborate across departments, train staff, and promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability.
Investigate potential violations, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
Continuously assess program effectiveness, mentor teammates, and ensure licenses, permits, and certifications are current.
