The role
Lead and maintain all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and coordinate month-end close processes.
Develop budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and report findings to leadership.
Ensure regulatory reporting, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
Maintain internal controls by documenting policies and procedures; support technical accounting issues and multi-entity finance.
Requires CPA license, strong GAAP knowledge, experience with cash basis and accrual accounting, and the ability to manage finances for multiple businesses.
