The role
A Senior IT Technician supports user needs and assists in managing core technology systems within an organisation. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network connectivity. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, particularly in Windows, networking, and endpoint management, along with problem-solving and communication abilities. Responsibilities include managing device deployment, supporting infrastructure projects, maintaining documentation, and mentoring junior staff.
