The role
Oversee returns processing in a fast-paced warehouse, inspecting and processing items returned by customers.
Handle heavy and bulky items hands-on while ensuring items are properly inspected, documented, and processed.
Implement and monitor quality control standards to preserve item quality and minimize damage during returns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate returns processing and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all returns, including damage, defects, and reasons for return, and seek improvements to reduce returns.
Work toward targets for turnaround, productivity KPIs, and customer expectations, while keeping the packing and accessories area organized.
