The role
Own the closing process across a diversified real estate credit platform, including bridge loans, construction loans, preferred equity, and mezzanine debt.
Draft, negotiate, and finalize loan agreements, guaranties, LLC operating agreements, construction disbursement agreements, and related credit documents.
Serve as the closing counterpart to deal principals across asset classes and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
Build and maintain a scalable transaction document library with standardized templates and clear deviation protocols.
Contribute to deal structuring, construction loan governance, and documentation standards while ensuring cost discipline.
Provide guidance on AI-related matters and operate as a power user of AI tools within a lean, founder-stage environment.
