The role
Based in Chicago, IL, this role provides regulatory guidance on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets under U.S. and European frameworks.
Drafts and negotiates token market-making, issuances, partnerships, and other digital asset agreements.
Supports AML/KYC compliance, due diligence, and licensing requirements across regions.
Monitors legislative and policy developments and develops proactive legal strategies.
Advises senior leaders on commercial, legal, and regulatory risk to enable informed decisions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify regional risks and propose mitigation actions in a hybrid Chicago-based role (in-office four days per week).
