The role
This role independently manages moderately complex civil litigation from pre-litigation through jury trial, handling claims with exposure up to approximately $50,000.
Develop and execute sophisticated legal strategies, conduct in-depth research, draft pleadings and motions, and lead settlement negotiations.
Leverage advanced e-discovery tools, case management systems, and data analytics to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
Provide clear legal opinions and strategic advice to clients and Claims Representatives while building strong relationships.
Identify legal risks, ensure ethical compliance with MRPC, and contribute to organizational improvements through training and process enhancements.
Role is primarily remote in Washington with required appearances, and may involve occasional travel for hearings.
