The role
Apply engineering principles to perform calculations and data analysis to determine and summarize air and water emissions for reporting and regulatory compliance.
Support real-world environmental and sustainability projects in direct reduction processes and new technology initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow ethical standards, and align with ISO requirements.
Document process calculations and analyses related to environmental emissions and contribute to data-driven conclusions.
Review vendor and multidisciplinary documents, help evaluate existing and new process designs with safety as a priority, and assist with plant contract proposals.
Participate in a paid summer internship (20+ hours/week) with a June orientation and an early-August conclusion.
