Plan, execute, and coach on HR initiatives, talent development, and performance management.
Drive workforce planning, scheduling optimization, and equitable hiring practices.
Analyze financial and operational data to inform decisions and improve store performance.
Foster a diverse, inclusive culture, model ethical conduct, and ensure compliance with laws.
Collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues, develop leaders, and support guests and team members.
