The role
An experienced Estimator is sought in Accrington to prepare accurate tenders for internal fit-out projects across the North West and UK. The role involves analysing drawings, assessing project specifications, obtaining quotes, and pricing subcontractor packages. The candidate must have a strong understanding of construction methods, internal finishes, and project costs, with excellent negotiation skills. Duties include liaising with clients and suppliers, assessing project risks, and maintaining estimating records. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software is required, along with a full UK driving licence, which is advantageous. This full-time position offers career development within an established construction company operating on a diverse range of projects.
