The role
The Human Resources Project Manager is responsible for leading major transformation projects within the organisation, working closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver strategic change initiatives. They will develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, coordinate inputs from various HR disciplines, and ensure successful project execution. The role requires providing expert advice on organisational change and risk mitigation, using data to inform decisions, and establishing effective governance processes. They will support the embedding of new ways of working, ensuring employee wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement are incorporated into change activities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and monitoring organisational outcomes are key components of this role. The position demands experience in managing projects within HR, working across multiple disciplines, and supporting large-scale transformations in a global environment.
