The role
Lead a world-class ML and systems engineering team to design, build, and scale the end-to-end ML platform powering production models.
Own the technical vision and roadmap for data synthesis, distributed training, low-latency inference, and model serving across hundreds of production models, including our proprietary LM models.
Drive performance and efficiency by making architectural decisions to optimize GPU resources for latency, throughput, and cost at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define foundational infrastructure that enables next-generation agentic AI experiences.
Foster a product-minded culture, building abstractions and tools that accelerate ML engineers and researchers across the organization.
Balance reliable operations with forward-looking research, mentoring teams, and delivering high-impact AI infrastructure.
