The role
As a Lead Software Engineer focused on Machine Learning, you will steer the technical direction and delivery of complex AI initiatives.
You will design and justify architecture for reliable, production-grade ML systems.
Develop clear roadmaps for novel ML solutions and accurately estimate effort on large-scale workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
Engage with technical and non-technical customers throughout the lifecycle, offering credible engineering guidance.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary delivery teams to overcome technical challenges and build reusable libraries.
Lead hiring and mentorship, shaping the future of the engineering team while driving measurable outcomes for customers.
