The role
A Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst with expertise in finance systems is required to support transformation projects in Leicester. The role involves partnering with finance and technology teams to gather and analyse requirements, document processes, and ensure system solutions meet business needs. Candidates should have experience in financial processes and system support, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Oracle Fusion Financials are highly preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. The position is based in Leicester with hybrid working arrangements.
