The role
The role involves leading enterprise HR data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives using SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Datasphere, and BI tools. A key responsibility is analysing, documenting, and validating data structures and business rules while supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HR Data Hub. Candidates will oversee testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities, ensuring data quality and system integration. They will collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to develop reporting strategies, conduct workshops, and gather requirements for scalable solutions. The position requires experience in data mapping, system support, and reporting development, alongside strong analytical skills. This role is integral to modernising HR data and analytics capabilities across the organisation.
