The role
The role provides critical support to trial teams handling personal injury cases in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Responsibilities include drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents, conducting legal research, and preparing trial materials.
You will assist in deposition and trial preparation and learn plaintiff-side personal injury litigation strategies.
Requirements include a Juris Doctor and an active Texas bar license, with 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
Strong legal writing and research skills, a valid Texas driver's license, and a good driving record; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
This position offers professional development and opportunities for advancement within the litigation practice.
