The role
Lead and oversee audits across Private Markets (including Private Credit and Infrastructure), overseeing risk assessment, scope determination, test work, and reporting.
Collaborate with Private Markets stakeholders to support integration activities and adapt audit processes during expansions and acquisitions.
Advise on audit coverage for new fund structures and evolving strategies (e.g., energy transition, data center infrastructure) reflecting industry trends and client demand for private assets.
Contribute to the annual audit plan with direct input and perspective on current business, industry, and regulatory risk factors.
Manage audit staff through coaching and feedback, and interact with regulatory examiners when requested.
Identify emerging firm-wide and business risks, perform annual risk assessments, and lead or contribute to global departmental initiatives.
