The role
Provide end-to-end design and development leadership for web applications, delivering complex solutions that align with business needs.
Code, test, and document technical solutions across web technologies, and lead large design sessions.
Mentor teammates, establish quality standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Stay current with best practices and emerging tech; provide accurate effort estimates for large projects.
Focus on page performance and SEO considerations, including redirects, IP Detection/Redirection, and page elements.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and other groups to define scope, costs, and system impacts while ensuring compliance.
