The role
The role involves overseeing the development of an integrated platform, coordinating with operations, engineering, and finance teams to define product strategies and priorities. The product manager is responsible for managing API integrations, requirements definition, and delivering complex features like material management and BOM viewers. They will facilitate stakeholder engagement through demos, feedback sessions, and balancing organisational needs with strategic goals. Ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of the platform through KPI tracking and quality standards is essential. Candidates need extensive experience in product management within SaaS or systems environments, skilled in APIs, enterprise applications, and Agile methods. Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central, and familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence are advantageous.
