The role
Provide health, safety, and quality-of-life support for individuals in an in-office setting using assistive technology.
Initiate communications and respond to alerts to deliver timely support services.
Deliver reminders and check-ins, observe activities as needed, and provide a safe space to report emergencies.
Maintain calm, empathetic communication under pressure while cultivating trusted relationships with clients and their support circle.
Operate on a 24x7 schedule with evening, graveyard, morning, and afternoon shifts; demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
Meet performance expectations by documenting issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and adapting to varied needs and tools.
