The role
An industrial engineer in Bridgend will focus on designing and implementing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and controlling manufacturing costs while eliminating waste. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing production flow, and identifying Industry 4.0 technologies such as IIOT. It requires leading safety assessments and quality investigations, as well as delivering new equipment and solutions.
