The role
A senior civil engineer position is available in Marlow, involving designing bespoke structural solutions and conducting calculations in compliance with British Standards and Eurocodes. The role includes providing technical support and advice to contractors, clients, and consultants, as well as developing new products from conception to implementation. The engineer will create and refine engineering calculation tools, utilise AI for design automation, and support prototype testing and product improvement. This position offers the opportunity to influence product evolution and departmental growth within a family-run business investing in innovation. Working closely with various teams, the engineer will deliver technical presentations, support professional development, and contribute to strategic engineering initiatives.
