The role
Lead quality oversight for new product introductions (NPI) in manufacturing operations, ensuring robust quality from design through ramp.
Coach and develop teams on compliance, quality systems, and structured problem-solving using Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify and resolve quality issues via root cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements.
Drive high-mix production efficiency through process mapping, SPC, and data-driven decision making.
Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
Establish and monitor quality metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
