The role
Drive high-energy car sales in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Communicate bilingually in English and Spanish to educate customers on vehicle options, financing, and add-ons.
Conduct car demonstrations and test drives, build relationships, and manage a sales pipeline with phone and social media outreach.
Earn through a commission-based structure with potential six-figure income; comprehensive benefits after 30 days.
Qualifications include a valid driver's license with a clean record, willingness to work long hours, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus; training is provided to succeed in auto sales.
