The role
As a Research Engineer in Cybersecurity RL, you will advance defensive AI capabilities by designing and implementing reinforcement learning workflows focused on secure coding and vulnerability remediation.
You will build and evaluate RL environments, run experiments, and translate findings into production training runs that strengthen system security at scale.
This role balances research exploration with engineering execution, requiring deep cybersecurity expertise and hands-on ML implementation.
You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and cybersecurity specialists across teams to publish insights and ship robust defense tooling.
Candidates should balance curiosity with practical delivery, excel in secure software practices, and communicate clearly about risks and results.
Location is hybrid: some on-site presence is required (about 25%), with flexibility for extended on-site time where needed.
