The role
You will serve as a Data Engineer focused on Starlink Growth, building strategy, metrics, tools, and processes to assess business health.
Create high-visibility, statistically grounded dashboards to surface trends in customer growth and experience.
Translate data insights into actionable items for product, engineering, and marketing teams based on rigorous evidence.
Develop monitoring systems to detect trends and regressions quickly, and partner with software teams to optimize user experience.
Design and validate predictive models to forecast customer acquisition and inform growth initiatives.
Operate with a proactive, cross-functional mindset, applying ML and statistical methods to data pipelines and geospatial visualizations.
