仕事内容
Design and review test cases based on US and international market requirements; proactively expand coverage with creative, edge-case scenarios.
Execute regression, smoke, and sanity testing across OTT and digital devices; validate readiness for production deployments and app store submissions.
Monitor live production performance and validate web, mobile, and connected-device experiences to ensure stability and quality.
Participate in Agile ceremonies; triage issues, prioritize tasks, and report test status to Test Managers, Project Managers, and Release Managers.
Manage defect lifecycle from creation to resolution; collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely remediation and root-cause analysis.
Contribute to automation and tooling efforts; work with REST API testing, log analysis tools, and maintain QA/UAT plans in a fast-paced environment.
