Manager, Data Science

Role within the Risk and Financial Crime Investigation unit focused on defining trust and safety strategies and policies for customers and merchants. You will lead and manage data science projects, develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to support analysis and decision-making. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, compliance, and operations to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes. Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
