Financial Markets & Real Estate - Transactions, RMBS Securitization Manager

As a Manager in Financial Markets - ASR - Transactions, you will lead teams helping clients navigate complex financial structures ahead of securitizations. You will verify that disclosures reflect the underwriter's intent, manage client accounts, and guide financial transactions from planning to delivery. You will mentor junior staff, implement strategic engagement plans, ensure project success, and foster strong client relationships. You will also analyze cash flows, perform valuation analyses of structured products, and utilize industry tools such as Bloomberg, INTEX, CAS, ASAP and advanced Excel modeling to support decision-making.
