仕事内容
Lead and oversee pipeline, station, and terminal projects from initiation through closure.
Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans for projects typically ranging from $15,000 to $1.5 million.
Coordinate design, engineering, procurement/contracting, construction, startup, commissioning, and closeout; provide status and forecast reporting.
Evaluate and approve changes to scope, budgets, and schedules with formal change documentation.
Plan downtime and coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Control Center, and other functions; lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Ensure documentation completion (punch lists, as-built drawings, operating manuals) and compliance for safe operations.
