Build data pipelines and tooling to enable frontier AI model training.
Refine expert-created datasets into signals for robust model evaluation.
Generate analyses of failure points in real-world professional workflows based on evaluation results.
Collaborate with Operations and Applied AI Engineering teams to shape data workflows and tooling.
Requires startup experience and fluency in Python and JavaScript, plus experience deploying LLMs in production with evaluation pipelines; familiarity with Airtable or similar tools.
Part-time, project-based engagement for four weeks (30–40 hours/week) with potential extension, and a competitive hourly rate.
