Deliver the PE@PF group training program to members, guiding them toward their fitness goals.
Design straightforward, varied bi-weekly workouts that promote engagement and progress.
Teach safe and effective equipment usage and ensure proper form during all sessions.
Maintain the class schedule, facilitate participation, and adapt sessions to group size and activity.
Support front desk duties, including check-ins, member inquiries, tours, and account updates.
Demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor with strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving to drive member success.
