A contract Python developer is sought to build APIs and integrate with external platforms, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying high-performance solutions capable of processing large data volumes using Python, FastAPI, and BigQuery. Candidates should have experience in quality engineering practices including TDD and BDD, with a solid understanding of Python development, testing, and debugging. Familiarity with large data sets and API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask is essential. This position is fully remote for UK-based applicants with a registered UK company, outside IR35.
