Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents to produce accurate estimates.
Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive bids.
Develop scopes of work and ensure coverage across all trades.
Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and cost comparisons during preconstruction.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership, and maintain organized estimating files and documentation.
