Senior Machine Learning Engineer, User Understanding

Design, implement, and maintain advanced models to understand user behavior, driving improvements in ad ranking, CVR predictions, and recommendations across applications. Monitor model performance, calibrate predictions, and address data drift and delayed feedback to ensure reliability. Lead cross-functional initiatives to define the team's long-term technical vision and supervise project execution. Communicate complex ML concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to align product and business goals. Requirements: Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience; 5+ years building and operating large-scale ads delivery and optimization systems; 3+ years in content understanding, user profiling, and cohort analysis; strong programming skills (Python, Go, Scala, C++); experience with metrics design, experimentation, and large-scale data analysis. Nice-to-haves: experience with optimization algorithms and reinforcement learning.
