仕事内容

The CRM Copywriter develops compelling, personalised messaging across multiple touchpoints, supporting integrated campaigns in digital, social, print, and broadcast media. They translate brand, retail, and business goals into clear communications that foster customer engagement and brand loyalty. Collaborating with creative, strategy, media, and production teams, they deliver customer journeys from concept to execution while maintaining brand voice and adhering to tight deadlines. This role requires strong CRM experience, excellent command of English, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A background in English, journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, or public relations with 5-10 years of relevant experience is essential.
