Supports the financial management of pharmacy operations through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing financial analysis.
Prepares and distributes corporate and department revenue and expense statements with accuracy and timeliness.
Oversees monthly input of financial data into the general ledger and corrects issues to safeguard reporting integrity.
Assesses accounting systems and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Reconciles balance sheet accounts, maintains schedules, and coordinates with year-end auditors.
Collaborates across teams to manage invoicing of external entities and cash receipt deposits, with exposure to senior leadership.
