Lead and deliver short- to medium-term data projects, designing reference architectures and productionizing customer use cases.
Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services and align solutions with client needs.
Architect, bootstrap, and implement end-to-end big data and AI solutions, including migrations and 3rd-party integrations.
Provide escalated technical support and ensure successful adoption of the data platform with strong customer service.
Work closely with the technical team, project manager, and client teams to deliver components that meet requirements.
Contribute feedback to engineering and support to drive rapid issue resolution and continuous improvement, with travel up to 10%.
