Lead integrated supply chain solutions to balance supplier capacity with production demand.
Collaborate with Global Category Purchasing and UK/EAME suppliers to strengthen demand-capacity alignment.
Use NPE, RCCP, and capacity tools to model scenarios and inform strategic sourcing decisions.
Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities, optimize inventory, and build resilient networks.
Lead supplier performance routines including monthly reviews and Root Cause Corrective Action for capacity issues.
Drive continuous improvement through problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and project leadership.
