Support the integrity and compliance of the defence supply chain by implementing governance frameworks and regulatory adherence.
Oversee supplier onboarding, risk monitoring, and vendor maintenance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate supplier payments.
Lead internal and external audits, drive corrective actions, and maintain comprehensive compliance reporting and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the function, including SAP-based processes.
Deliver training and communications to stakeholders and act as the central point of contact for compliance queries within Commercial, Sub-Contract, and Supply Chain teams.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with export controls, international trade requirements, and defence procurement standards.
